A Midsummer Dream: Stockhome Petaluma’s One-Day Only Midsommar Event

Midsommar is one of the most important holidays in Scandinavia, rivaling Christmas, and for good reason. After long, dark winters, the summer solstice brings long days and nights, and tons of warmth to northwestern Europe.

Chef Roberth Sundell and the rest of the team behind PLÄJ, a hidden gem and Swedish restaurant in Hayes Valley, has cooked up a delicious Midsummer menu at their Petaluma spin-off restaurant, Stockhome.

The festive one-day only Midsummer celebration at Stockhome Petaluma will feature a traditional menu of herring, served seven different ways, smoked salmon, pork tenderloin, Swedish breads, and more.
